Basheer Moideen
Basheer Moideen is a highly acclaimed professional in the field of Electronics Research and Development. Born in India in 1975, he was a prodigious talent in his school days and started his professional career as an entrepreneur by initiating a small scale unit in 1992. His firm, Hi-Tech Electronics, was specialized in manufacturing high-frequency electronic inverter and electrical chokes.
Along with being an entrepreneur, he pursued his academic career and earned a Diploma in Electronics in 1995. After earning his diploma, he entered into a glittering career with General Motors as Head of Technical Training and Service department. At General Motors, he led the technical research with rare proficiency and expertise to develop the first rearview camera integrated system for Infinity Q47 and the integrated infotainment system for LX470 in 1998. In addition, the Integrated Specific Vehicles Hands Free Bluetooth System developed by him is widely used in vehicles in the GCC countries.
Later he moved to Independent Research and Development Company for Toyota Vehicles. There he led the research and development team to introduce the speed limiter for GCC in 2007. For this, he received an appreciation Award from the Ministry.
Basheer Moideen is an innovator with conviction and leads Research and Development with maturity and thoroughness. Presently he is placed with Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific as Research and Development Head.
